Probation Parole Sweep in Kern County results in 15 Arrests

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A report from the Ridgecrest Police Department stated that on July 13th, they conducted compliance sweep for people who are on active parole, probation or post release supervision living within the community and surrounding areas; as a result of the sweep, 15 people were arrested.

The compliance sweep consisted of 33 law enforcement officers from the Ridgecrest Police Department, the Kern County Probation Department, McFarland Police Department, Wasco Police Department and the Tehachapi Police Department.

70-year-old Albert Thompson was arrested on suspicion of felony probation warrant for possession of narcotic for sale, possession of controlled substance for sale, transport a controlled substance for sale, vehicle theft and open charges for evade with wanton disregard, evade on wrong side of the road, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia; 53 year old Michelle Gay was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia; 42 year old Charles Jennings was arrested on suspicion of felony warrant for possession of PCP for sale, failure to appear and a misdemeanor warrant;, 35 year old Zachary Hary was arrested on suspicion of felony warrant for burglary and three misdemeanor warrants; 30 year old Darianne Stucky was arrested on suspicion of felony warrant for DUI and a misdemeanor warrant; 26 year old Danielle Rives-Thompson was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant; 38 year old Eugene Wheeler was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant and open charge of possession of controlled substance; 41 year old Joseph Rodriguez was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor warrants and open charge for possession of narcotics; 25 year old Gabriella Markovich was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and possession of narcotics; 55 year old Renee O’Brien was arrested on suspicion of felony warrant for forgery, false evidence and false or forged evidence; 37 year old Cordiaro Williams was arrested on suspicion of violation of restraining order; 25 year old Jose Baltierrez was arrested on possession of controlled substance for sale and resist/obstruct/delay peace officer and 42 year old Maria Munoz was arrested on suspicion of resist/obstruct/delay peace officer.
