This transformative workshop hosted by Amity Foundation, a CPOC Probation Partner, and a leader in reentry and rehabilitation services for marginalized individuals. With over 30 years of dedicated experience, Amity Foundation has been at the forefront of supporting individuals affected by addiction, trauma, criminality, incarceration, poverty, racism, sexism, homelessness, and violence. Amity will share their experience in the Adult/Juvenile reentry field, support services for justice involved youth, providing Employment and Housing Services in the communities, Policy Development, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Third Party Administration for Government agencies, and new pilot for Enhanced care Management in California.
