What is the most appropriate model of supervision to enact change? How do relationships with probation officers and probationers affect the justice system and the overall well-being of probationers? Jennifer Skeem is a PhD psychologist and much of her work shows us that the work of probation officers, with the blending of authority and support, is the most appropriate model to enact change.
