It is well established that the wraparound program and services are effective in meeting the unique needs of youth at risk of entering or exiting foster care. This session will focus on two county probation departments’ use of the wraparound model as an intervention across their continuum of services. Learn about their successes and challenges as a preventative measure and as a model to assist youth with transitioning from an STRTP into aftercare.
