Kelly Employment Services is committed to creating impact by building a more inclusive workforce. Through their Equity@Work initiative and related programs like Kelly33 and their second chance hiring program, they are partnering with clients and Department of Corrections in multiple states, advocacy and support organizations, NGOs, regional and local non-profit organizations to find ways to create equitable access to employment opportunities for justice-involved individuals. This workshop will outline opportunities that Kelly is seeking to create in California and how probation can be a partner in these efforts to create employment opportunities for individuals served by probation departments across California.
