2024 CAPSA Conference Registration

Thank you so much for your interest in attending the 2024 CAPSA conference. Attached and below is some general information regarding conference registration.

Some helpful hints:

  1. Please make sure your county has paid your CAPSA membership dues for the year. If you have not, and need information, please contact CAPSA President, Jennifer Villa at: Jennifer.villa@prob.sbcounty.gov
  2. All conference registration shall take place through the below link.
  3. Every attendee will need to be registered separately.
  4. Registration for the conference is $475 per attendee.
  5. Payment can be made for each attendee at the time of registration through the link with a credit card.
  6. Counties required to send a check will need to adhere to the same registration instructions, select the payment by check option, and follow the instructions for check submission.
  7. Please print out your confirmation of payment when it populates your screen. The system does not send follow-up receipts.
  8. Registration will remain open until spots are full or Friday, January 19, 2024.
  9. Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by January 22, 2024.
  10. All attendees must pre-register. There is no registration on the day of conference attendance. Anyone not pre-registered will not be granted entry.
  11. The hotel reservation block will be opened separately in the next week or so. Please do not contact the hotel prior to the block being opened as rooms will not be available. If reservations are made prior to the block being opened to the group, the group reservation rates shall not apply, and you will be responsible for paying the hotels full price rates.
  12. Full breakfast will not be available at the conference and the hotel restaurant will not be open prior to the conference start. Please plan accordingly. However, as in past years, CAPSA will include some light continental breakfast items for attendees during the morning hours.
  13. No outside food or drink is allowed in the conference room. CAPSA will be charged by the hotel if this rule is disregarded, so please make note. If outside food is brought in, you will be asked to remove it.
  14. Lunch is included with conference registration Tuesday through Thursday for attendees only. If anyone would like to purchase lunch for a non-conference guest, they may do so, in advance, by contacting CAPSA Treasurer, Amy Asher, at amy.asher@buttecounty.net
