This module presents practical steps and considerations that will guide youth justice professionals in reporting progress on elements of the IRP. Participants will learn what factors to consider when determining whether or not to recommend reduction in a baseline term and when to make a recommendation for a less restrictive program or release into community on probation. Participants will learn to effectively use the case management system to track relevant information for reporting progress in the hearing.
