This 4-hour virtual training will not only articulate the definition of self-care, but will also feature the emotional, physical, and psychological impact of self-care and burnout. Various techniques for lowering stress and increasing self-care will be discussed, along with how to set healthy boundaries both at work and home. Participants will learn resilience strategies and how to effectively set healthy goals. Lastly, the participants of this webinar will learn how to recognize and mitigate being burnout.
